Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Calpe, Casa Altavista Calpe is a luxurious villa where every detail has been taken care of. With breathtaking views of the Peñón de Ifach and the beach just a short walk away, this is the kind of place where you arrive and immediately feel at home.
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. Five bathrooms – including an outdoor toilet – ensure there’s never a queue. A separate laundry room adds that extra touch of practicality for longer stays.

Inside you’ll find a bright, open living area with a large Samsung Smart TV, a spacious dining table, and two air conditioning units. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: two fridges, two freezers, a luxury stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and more.
And then there are the balkons. Both sides of the house have their own balcony, which is perfect for a quiet morning coffee or watching the sun dip behind the hills in the evening.

Outside, life revolves around the generous pool area, lined with 8 sun loungers for those long, lazy days in the sun. A covered terrace with a luxury lounge set and outdoor kitchen makes evening dining a pleasure, even on the warmest summer nights. The outdoor shower and quiet surroundings – with parking for up to 4 cars – make this villa as practical as it is beautiful. A weekly pool and garden service ensures everything stays in perfect condition throughout your stay.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

You already have great taste if you’re staying at this villa. What a gem! The villa is very spacious, bright and has a luxurious feel. The layout is perfect. The large living room with a seating area and big dining table offers plenty of space for 10 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped to cook for a large group. The bedrooms are very clean, there is plenty of wardrobe space and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and on the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have air conditioning and shutters, and the bathrooms are very clean and modern.

From the large sliding doors in the living room you look out over the wonderful swimming pool with terrace. There are sun loungers, a large dining table and a lovely seating area — you really have everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped.

From every corner you look out at the Penon de Ifach, ‘the rock of Calpe’. You never get tired of the view. Tip: you can also climb this rock! (Sore muscles guaranteed, but the view is absolutely worth it.)

The location of the villa is excellent. Within walking distance you will find a Lidl for all your daily groceries. The lake of Calpe with its colony of flamingos is also within walking distance. Within a 5-minute drive you will find the long promenade with many restaurants. Highly recommended! I would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful and luxurious villa to stay in. From the moment you arrive, it immediately feels comfortable and complete. It truly is a place where everything just feels right.

The villa is equipped with every convenience. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, with all the appliances and tableware you could need, making it easy to cook and dine together. Every detail has been thought of. But if you’d rather not cook, I can highly recommend the Indian Curry restaurant on the boulevard.

The interior is tastefully decorated and instantly creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great place to be indoors, but outside is just as enjoyable. The spacious outdoor area invites you to spend long evenings outside, with a stunning view of the Peñón de Ifach, also well worth climbing yourself.

The bedrooms are comfortable and the beds are wonderfully soft. All rooms are fitted with shutters, which not only ensure a good night’s sleep but also help keep the interior pleasantly cool, especially in summer.

The location is ideal. The beach is just a short drive away. A supermarket, such as Lidl, is within walking distance, though a car comes in handy for bigger shopping trips given the hills.

In short, a luxurious, complete and characterful villa in a great location. Absolutely a place to come back to.

The villa was amazing, everything was clean and brand new. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning, which was a huge plus. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful. Kitchen was spotless and equipped with anything we needed and more.

Really enjoyed lounging by the pool on the sunbeds and having a drink on the terrace in the evening. Location was perfect, very quiet neighborhood, and we didn’t have to walk far to get to the beach, boulevard and (grocery) stores. Host was very accommodating!

Had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic. Everything you need is within walking distance, like restaurants, shops and the beach. The villa is brand new and furnished in a very modern and luxurious style.

The highlight for us was the outdoor space.

The pool is lovely and there are plenty of spots to sit outside and relax. Everything was tidy, clean and well maintained.

Definitely recommended, we’ll certainly be back!
