Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. To keep our booking process fair, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Free cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

Within 30 days of arrival: If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.

No-shows and early departures: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date or choose to leave before the end of their stay are not entitled to a refund.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances that may prevent you from travelling.
