What Casa Altavista has to offer
Casa Altavista is a large 5-bedroom villa with a private 8 x 4 pool that has capacity for up to 9 people. It is located in a very nice and quiet urbanization with amazing views to the surrounding hills, the Peñón de Ifach and some sea views. It was recently fully renovated and furnished, with a Mediterranean style exterior and a modern style interior.
All necessary amenities are closeby. A 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, 8 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of Moraira where you will find a lot of good bars and restaurants.

The living room as well as every bedroom is equipped with a brand new Samsung smart-tv, with free Netflix access. Fast optic fiber internet/WiFi is free of charge and can be used all around the property. Central heating is available during the colder winter months.
There’s room to park up to 4 cars at the side of the road. Accessing the villa requires you to climb stairs, making it unsuitable for guests in wheelchairs.

Fast internet is available all around the property, so you won’t have to miss out on anything online.
Outside area
Our staff will make sure the swimming pool & garden are cleaned at least once a week.
Warm welcome
Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, so all that is taken care of.
