Do I share the villa with other guests?
No, you will not share the villa with other guests. The price we ask is for the entire property, so you will get access to all five bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, a living room and even a lounge area with private pool.
What is the process of renting a villa?
Through our website you can request dates to rent our villa. If it’s available, you’ll be required to pay 10% of the total amount. Once that is all done the booking is complete and the dates are blocked. One month prior to the arrival date you will need to pay the rest.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, we require a €500 security deposit. This can either be paid via bank transfer or in cash once you arrive. The deposit will be returned to you once everything is checked by our staff and you have checked-out.
Is smoking allowed in the villa?
Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace, at the pool and at the lounge area. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited.
Is there any staff at the villa?
Once you arrive at the property, one of our staff members will welcome you, hand you the keys and show you around. They will also meet you there once you leave, to take the keys back from you and to check the property for any damages.
Additionally, our gardener will come by to clean the pool once a week (twice a week in the summer).
Is it allowed to bring my dog or any other pet?
No, it is not allowed to bring any animals onto the property.
Do you offer airport transfer?
We do not currently offer any airport transfer services.
Are food and drinks included in the villa?
Food and drinks are not included.
What time do I have to check-in and check-out?
You are able to check in after 4 PM, and you must check out before 10 AM.
Is Casa Altavista suited and safe for young kids?
The villa is on a dead end street so you don’t have to worry about a lot of traffic. There is a gate that can be closed so that your kids cannot walk the streets when unsupervised. We also have cots available for the young ones.
